Hi, We’re Honey Cat Apiary

It started the way most good stories do with a brother and sister finding things we loved to do and dragging our families along for the ride. We named ourselves for beloved pets and knew we had picked a good one when a few months later a cat who wouldn't leave the beeyard alone. What began as a couple of hives on a 9.5-acre homestead in Burke County, Georgia has grown into 30+ colonies, all raised the old-fashioned way: patient inspections, careful splits, and honey harvested in small batches so nothing gets rushed.

We're a family operation from top to bottom. Our hands are in the hives, boots in the fields, and yes, a cat keeping an eye on all of it. Every jar of Honey Cat honey is raw, unfiltered, and about as close to the source as honey gets.

Look for the paw print on the jar; that's how you know it's ours.

OUR Approach

We check on our bees the old-fashioned way: slow, hands-on, and paying attention. No shortcuts, no rushing a harvest just to get product out the door.

That same patience carries over to everything else here, from how we split a hive to how we bottle a jar. Good honey on a good homestead. This takes time. We're just happy to have a cat supervising the process.
